Mentor Session with Ensoul + Endearment Imagery

Dear Internet Land;

This summer I decided to do something for myself and my business. I invested in a mentor session with Ensoul and Endearment Imagery, otherwise known as Jenn Diehl. What an AMAZING thing to do for myself and my business! If you are a fellow photographer I would highly recommend working alongside an amazing photographer, like Jenn. I got so much information and insight into the business side of photography along with tips and tricks for posing people, mainly couples. I’ve been to a few workshops before and what I find is that if your an introvert, like myself, you’ll sometimes get lost in the crowd. A mentor session is a great opportunity to learn and grow on your own terms and you won’t get lost in the crowd. Jenn also set up TWO styled shoots for us(TWO YOU GUYS!). She worked so hard on both these shoots and I will be forever grateful!! The first was an amazing and laid back engagement session. She also set up an amazing styled elopement, with the most amazing couple and some pretty sweet vendors! (This blog post will have images from the styled elopement, I’ll write another blog post for the styled engagement.) Jenn also had a smoke bomb and ran behind Cassie and Matt so I could get some epic shots!! Thank you again for doing that for me!!

Cassie & Matt are the sweetest and most down to earth couple ever! They love traveling and they met in a tattoo shop, how cool?!
I’ll be forever thankful and grateful that they let me practice and take some amazing photos of their love! I’ll be especially thankful to Cassie because she got into a car accident before the shoot AND still made it to model for me! THANK YOU, GIRL! I know how shitty that was for you and you’ll never know how much it meant to me that you still made it out.
Also, Matt is from Moose Jaw, so that’s pretty dope as well.

Howling Wolf Jewelry is AMAZING, I can’t get over how gorgeous all her jewelry is.

Florence + Flora florals; OMG cute as can be! I just loved the arrangement that she did for our shoot!

And Cassie’s hair and makeup were flawless all because of Extensions by Kaylee and Scarlett Dahlia Make up! Like WOW, they both really made the shoot all come together.

The dress Cassie wore is from Reclamation design, and OMG ever since I started doing wedding photography I have wanted to photograph one of her dresses! Dream come true!!
